I’m thrilled to be part of the Pursuit of Pleasure Online Festival — 10 – 12 July 2020 40+ HOURS OF LIVE TALKS & WORKSHOPS + 30 DAY ACCESS TO ENTIRE RECORDED FESTIVAL Get close and personal with 20+ of the most influential speakers in Mindfulness, Sexuality, Tantra, Embodiment and Consent, joining together to help you expand, explore and experience your senses of pleasure. Discover what pleasure means to you Philosophers throughout history have given thought to what the concept of pleasure is, what it means to them, what it means to others. Pleasure is a loaded word draped in layers of complexity and mystery and yet very simple. What pleasure means to me may not have the same meaning for you. What does pleasure mean to you? Come and learn about what keeps you from your pleasure Explore archetypes to help understand different aspects of pleasure Discover new techniques and tools to enhance your pleasure Find your own unique expressions of what pleasure means to you I’ll be leading two workshops: Consent & Play Workshop (Saturday 11 July from 7:30 – 9:30 pm UK) This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and improving the quality of their relationships – personal or professional, with lovers, friends, parents, children or colleagues. No prior experience necessary. Through light-hearted and playful exchanges, you will have opportunities to practice connecting to your ‘yes’ and ‘no’, communicating what you want, and practice speaking up for your limits. This is where you get to put your consent skills to the test. The more you practice, the stronger your skills become and the more confident you feel. You can come to Consent & Play to practice making requests, to have fun, or to practice saying or hearing a ‘no’. But most importantly, come to be you and to learn that you get to choose what you want and how you want it – and maybe even nothing at all. The Mood Moves Us (Sunday 12 July from 4:45 – 6:45 pm UK) Feel like all your emotions are right on the surface these days? Or maybe stuck in your body wanting to be expressed? How can you be with yourself and allow whatever emotional state you’re in to move through you? To express all the emotions you’re feeling — the loss, grief, hope, fear, peace, rage, and anticipation? Through the power of music, slow sensual movement and breath we will bring eros into our every mood to love, befriend, and nurture our feelings, even those we might label as negative. These feelings are life passing through us — moment by moment, breath by breath. Learn tools to hold and embrace your precious self, whichever moody visitor appears. Share your experience and meet new people in our breakout rooms Throughout the festival, you will be in sessions with many different people, you may have experiences which may be new to you or even challenge your preconceptions. We have created a breakout room and a community room where you can meet others to share your experiences (only if you want that is). All […]

40+ HOURS OF LIVE TALKS & WORKSHOPS + 30 DAY ACCESS TO ENTIRE RECORDED FESTIVAL

Get close and personal with 20+ of the most influential speakers in Mindfulness, Sexuality, Tantra, Embodiment and Consent, joining together to help you expand, explore and experience your senses of pleasure.

Discover what pleasure means to you

Philosophers throughout history have given thought to what the concept of pleasure is, what it means to them, what it means to others. Pleasure is a loaded word draped in layers of complexity and mystery and yet very simple. What pleasure means to me may not have the same meaning for you.

What does pleasure mean to you?

  • Come and learn about what keeps you from your pleasure
  • Explore archetypes to help understand different aspects of pleasure
  • Discover new techniques and tools to enhance your pleasure
  • Find your own unique expressions of what pleasure means to you

I’ll be leading two workshops:

Consent & Play Workshop (Saturday 11 July from 7:30 – 9:30 pm UK)

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning more about themselves and improving the quality of their relationships – personal or professional, with lovers, friends, parents, children or colleagues.

The Mood Moves Us (Sunday 12 July from 4:45 – 6:45 pm UK)

Feel like all your emotions are right on the surface these days? Or maybe stuck in your body wanting to be expressed? How can you be with yourself and allow whatever emotional state you’re in to move through you? To express all the emotions you’re feeling — the loss, grief, hope, fear, peace, rage, and anticipation?

Through the power of music, slow sensual movement and breath we will bring eros into our every mood to love, befriend, and nurture our feelings, even those we might label as negative. These feelings are life passing through us — moment by moment, breath by breath. Learn tools to hold and embrace your precious self, whichever moody visitor appears.

Share your experience and meet new people in our breakout rooms

Throughout the festival, you will be in sessions with many different people, you may have experiences which may be new to you or even challenge your preconceptions. We have created a breakout room and a community room where you can meet others to share your experiences (only if you want that is).

All the workshops will be recorded and you will have access to them for 30 days so don’t worry about missing out on anything.
