who i am
My name is Robyn and I am a transformational coach and facilitator. I am committed to bringing more love and consciousness into the world. I am most interested in working with people around topics related to touch, intimacy, sacred sexuality, love and relating and supporting them to bring that learning out into the world in the way they live and lead.
“My desire is for people to feel empowered in all areas of life and love - to be able to identify, value and ask for what they want.”
I believe in desires rather than goals.
I believe in working pleasurably instead of hard.
I believe challenges are opportunities for growth.
I believe life is a creation and we are the artist, architect and grand designer of our reality.
I spent more than 15 years of my career focused on leadership development and empowerment in the environmental sector. Through this work, I traveled the world and I was able to see first-hand the importance of shifting consciousness on this earth to bring more awareness to the way we live, love and lead.
In 2012, I faced serious burnout and a health crisis, which forced me to slow down and look within. What I found was that I was deeply entrenched in the shadow of pleasing and taking care of others at the expense of my own health. I had lost my voice and ability to express my needs and desires.
The gift in this dark period was that I found a connection to my wild nature that was waiting for an invitation to come out and play. As part of my healing, I turned my attention to women's empowerment through sensual movement, connection to pleasure and conscious community.
Today, I work with women, men and couples to find back to their authentic truth by connecting back to the body and integrating sensuality and sexuality to live more wholly. I also offer couple's sessions and workshops with my partner, Matthias Schwenteck, a 20 year Tantra practitioner, on sacred sexuality and touch.
I have a certificate in Transformational Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. And before transitioning to this work around sexual empowerment, I studied Anthropology and Sustainable International Development, which is still relevant today as I focus on connections between people and our relationship back to the Earth.
I am a student of Dr. Betty Martin and the Wheel of Consent, which has had a profound impact on the way I communicate and connect with myself and others. I am also a graduate of Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, where I learned how to connect back to pleasure and desire – a philosophy I now live by and highly encourage.
I look forward to hearing more about you. Please feel welcome to reach out.
