The world is demanding a lot from each of our nervous systems right now. If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, scared, angry, or helpless and looking for some relief, come and join for a 90 minute webinar on TRE® -- the Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise.
TRE is a practice that allows the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma by introducing a gentle involuntary shaking or tremoring response in the body. Results of the practice often include feeling greater levels of relaxation, calm, ease, and resilience. It's also a way to ground, relax the nervous system, and improve connection to self.
We will be exploring breath, sound and movement in the practice, inviting sounding as a way to free up your voice and gain confidence in speaking up in any area of your life.
You are welcome to join, whether you have previous experience with TRE or are totally new to the practice. You will be guided into a tremoring session, and then there will be time for a Q&A. Wear comfortable clothing, and create a space in your home where you can lay on a blanket or yoga mat on the floor and position yourself and your mat to be in view on the screen.
