Many of us are conditioned to go along with the action that is happening — whether we want it or not, and whether we asked for it or not. This workshop is about learning and practicing a different approach -- that the choosing is more important than the doing. Putting you in the drivers seat, you will practice directing the action to get exactly what you want. It's about focusing on NOTICING what you want, TRUSTING in your desires and impulses, VOICING your requests, and then RECEIVING the action for your benefit.
