Shake it Off: Group TRE Session

TRE is a practice that allows the body to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma by introducing a gentle involuntary shaking or tremoring response in the body. Results of the practice often include feeling greater levels of relaxation, calm, ease, and resilience. It's also a way to ground, relax the nervous system, and improve connection to self.
